From Edinburgh - Proceed to Gogar Roundabout under-pass for A8, turn left just before the Airport slip road into Gogarstone Road. Turn left at T junction for Roddinglaw. After Roddinglaw turn right at the T-junction. The entrance to Ratho Park is on your right after you cross the Union Canal bridge.

From City of Edinburgh ByPass - Leave the Bypass at the Calder Junction and take the A71 Kilmarnock road for 1½ miles until the road dips to a bridge over the Gogar Burn. Take the next turning right into Addiston Farm Road. Just before the Union Canal bridge you will see the entrance to Ratho Park to your left.

From the West via M8 - Follow M8 for Edinburgh to the end of the motorway at Hermiston Gait. Follow signs for A71 Kilmarnock and proceed as above. (From City Bypass)

From West via A71 - Continue past entrance to Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel for ½ mile until start of 30mph limit, turn left into Addiston farm Road. Just before the Union Canal bridge you will see the entrance to Ratho Park to your left.

From West via A89 - Follow A89 to Newbridge Junction leaving junction on M8 for Edinburgh. Continue to end of motorway at Hermiston Gait then follow signs for A71 Kilmarnock and proceed as above. (From City Bypass)

From Northwest via M9 - continue on M9 until it becomes M8 at Newbridge underpass. Follow M8 signs for Edinburgh and continue to end of motorway at Hermiston Gait. Follow signs for A71 Kilmarnock and proceed as above. (From City Bypass)

From North via A90 - From Forth Road Bridge take A8000 Kirkliston Road. At Humbie Roundabout take M9 for Edinburgh and continue on M9 under Newbridge underpass onto M8 following signs for Edinburgh. Continue to end of motorway at Hermiston Gait then follow signs for A71 Kilmarnock and proceed as above. (From City Bypass)

Alternative Route from Newbridge Junction - Leave Junction taking B7030 Wilkieston road. Take first left at the Esso Garage following signs for Ratho Village and Canal Centre. At Ratho pass the Bridge Inn, follow road round to right and take a left turn into Dalmahoy Road. After ¼ mile turn left at the cottages and follow road for almost a mile. The entrance to Ratho is on your left before the Union Canal bridge junction.
