From M1 South, Stoke and Derby (A50) Proceed as signposted (non-Motorway traffic from M1 Junction 23A) to M1 Junction 24 island. Follow sign A453 Nottingham South. Approx 9 miles straight across roundabout, turn right into Green Lane, straight across two roundabouts, turn left at end into Wilford Road, entrance to club on right.
