History In 2002 the course was extended from 9 holes to 18 and the course layout has greatly matured since it was originally laid out in the early 1980's providing challenging golf for all standards of player. This is a tight tree lined course with six par three holes. The second is a challenging 197 yards; you really have to think your way to a good score at Cretingham. There is also a 9 hole practice course.
